Eating Well for Pre School Children

Childcare settings that provide only snacks and drinks (typically playgroups) that wish to apply for the Tiny Tums Best Practice Award in North Wales award must nominate a minimum of one staff member to attend and complete the BCUHB Eating Well for Pre-School Children Course 

Once staff have completed this training, the childcare setting are next required to submit detailed menus, a copy of their healthy eating / food and drink policy and complete the Tiny Tums standards checklist. Our expert team then review these documents, provide constructive feedback and support to aid achievement of the award.
